College Rules And Regulations
- Admission Form Instructions:
Students must read the instructions on the admission form thoroughly before completing it. They are required to submit a written undertaking, confirming their agreement to abide by all college rules and regulations, as well as any instructions issued by the college from time to time. - College Uniform and Identity Card:
It is mandatory for all students to wear the prescribed college uniform, including a tie, and their identity card. Students who fail to comply will not be permitted entry into the college. - Attendance Requirement:
Every student must attend at least 75% of the lectures delivered in each class. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the student being disqualified from appearing in the final examination. - Notice Board:
Students are expected to check the college notice board/ Website daily for important updates and announcements. Ignorance of notices will not be accepted as an excuse for non-compliance. - Incorrect or Concealed Information:
Any student found providing false information or concealing facts regarding their academic or other documents, whether knowingly or unknowingly, will have their admission cancelled without prior notice. - Mobile Phones:
The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the classrooms and on the college campus. - Amendments to Rules:
The Principal and the Management Committee of the College reserve the right to amend, modify, or introduce new rules and regulations as necessary under the prevailing circumstances. - Damaging College Property:
Any student found damaging college property will be subject to fines and disciplinary action. - Suggestions and Complaints:
Students are encouraged to submit any suggestions or complaints in writing to the concerned Class Coordinator.
